Everything You Need to Know About Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders over $50 (after discounts) shipped within the United States. For orders below $50, shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
1. Processing Time
Order processing time: Usually 1–2 business days.
During this time, we verify your payment, perform quality checks and carefully pack your items to ensure they are shipped safely.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Service
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the United States is:
- Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days
Delivery is made Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions or high order volumes. Delivery time estimates will be shown again at checkout.
3. Shipping Fees & Taxes
- Orders over $50: Free standard shipping within the United States.
- Orders under $50: Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
All prices on our website are displayed in USD ($). Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout in a clear and transparent way.
4. Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We can usually assist with changes within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet been shipped. After the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address or cancel the shipment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service for assistance.
6. Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item, missing item or a damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos (if applicable). We will review your case and work with you to offer a suitable solution such as reshipment or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors or building management.
- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the carrier returns a package to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, we will notify you by email.
You may choose to have the order reshipped (a new shipping fee may apply) or receive a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse to accept a delivery, you may be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. These costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
